How PROLEADER Handles Sample Requests Process and Timeline 2024

At PROLEADER we send samples to potential buyers every day. Whether you are a distributor contractor or homeowner we make the sample process simple and fast. Here is exactly how it works.

How to Request Samples

Send us an email or submit a request through our website. Tell us which products you are interested in including thickness wear layer and color preferences. If you are not sure what you need tell us about your project and we will recommend suitable options. We typically recommend 5 to 10 samples so you can compare different colors and finishes.

What We Send

Each sample measures approximately 6 by 8 inches. This is large enough to show the true color and texture. The sample includes all layers of the full product including the wear layer and core. You can test the locking mechanism by connecting multiple samples together. Samples are labeled with the product name thickness and wear layer information.

Timeline

We process sample requests within 24 hours. Samples are shipped via DHL FedEx or UPS depending on your location. Delivery to most US addresses takes 5 to 7 business days. For urgent requests we can arrange express shipping at 2 to 3 business days. We will send you a tracking number once the samples are shipped.

Cost

Samples are free. You pay the shipping cost only. Typical shipping cost to a US address is between 30 and 50 dollars. We will send you a payment link for the shipping fee before dispatch. The shipping cost is deducted from your first bulk order if you decide to purchase.

What to Check When You Receive Samples

Inspect the color under natural lighting. Colors can look different under artificial light. Check the surface texture. Our EIR embossing should align with the printed pattern. Test the click lock system by connecting two samples. They should fit tightly without gaps. Check the wear layer appearance. It should be clear and uniform. Measure the thickness if you have a gauge available. It should match the specification. Place samples on your subfloor to see how they look in your space. Walk on the samples to test the feel underfoot.

From Samples to Bulk Order

Once you decide on a product contact us with the product code from the sample label. We will confirm pricing and availability for your desired quantity. The sample ensures that your bulk order will match exactly. Quality control during production maintains the same standards as the sample. Contact us to request your free samples today.
