At PROLEADER we work with importers and distributors from around the world every day. We know that buying direct from a factory in China or Vietnam can feel unfamiliar if you have never done it before. This guide explains how we price our products what our minimums are and how payment works. No games no tricks.

How We Price Our Flooring

Our pricing is based on actual production costs. Raw materials including PVC resin and limestone powder make up about 60 percent of the cost. Production labor overhead and factory margin make up the rest. We do not inflate prices expecting negotiation. We quote our best price from the start.

A full container order gets our lowest per square meter price. Smaller orders like LCL or half container are priced slightly higher because production setup and container space are the same regardless of order size. We offer volume discounts for customers who commit to regular orders over time. Each price we quote includes product cost and FOB loading at the port.

Our Minimum Order Quantity

Our standard minimum order is one full 20ft container. This is the standard across the industry. A 20ft container holds approximately 1,900 to 2,900 square meters of SPC flooring depending on thickness. Each container can hold 3 to 4 different colors. For first time buyers we can sometimes arrange a trial order of half a container at a slightly higher per square meter price. This allows you to test the market before committing to full containers.

Payment Terms We Offer

Our standard payment terms are 30 percent deposit when the order is confirmed and 70 percent balance before the container ships. We require the balance payment against a copy of the Bill of Lading and shipping documents.

For new customers we ask for the full 30 percent deposit before production starts and the 70 percent balance before the container leaves our factory. For returning customers who have built trust over multiple orders we can offer more flexible terms including payment against documents.

We accept T/T wire transfer for all orders. L/C letters of credit are available for larger orders if your bank can issue them. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal for container orders.

Production Timeline

Standard production takes 15 to 25 days from deposit confirmation. This includes raw material preparation extrusion profiling quality control and packaging. During peak seasons like before Chinese New Year production may take longer. We will always confirm the delivery date in writing before you place the order.

Quality and Specifications

Every order we ship is produced to the specifications agreed in our contract. We confirm wear layer thickness core density color tolerance and packaging requirements in writing before production starts. We welcome third party inspections before shipment. Many of our customers use SGS or Bureau Veritas to inspect their orders. We are happy to accommodate this.

How To Start Working With Us

Contact us with your requirements including product type thickness wear layer and target quantity. We will send you a quote with FOB pricing within 24 hours. If you need samples we can send 5 to 10 samples within 2 business days. You pay shipping only. Once you confirm the order we send a proforma invoice with all terms clearly stated. After you pay the deposit we start production and send you photos of the production process. Before shipment we send you photos of the finished goods and loading. If you use a third party inspection we arrange access to our factory.
